A few days later the Dueling tournament took place and there was an epic battle between the self proclaimed leader of the Shadow Clan and the true Leader of the Sunshine Clan-Mr.Taiyoukou but unexpectedly the Shadow Clan lost the battle and the Sunshine Clan continued their rule for another 14 years. The Villagers came to know about the incident that happened on that night and the entire Shadow Clan were driven out from the village. The self proclaimed leader of Shadow Clan told that he will be back to take what is rightfully his.
14 Years later..............
"Ryu come on hit back at me, strike me harder, is that all you got.",said Ryu's "brother" and when Ryu tried to hit him, his brother dodged Ryu easily and struck Ryu hardly in his chest causing Ryu to fall back
and he was breathing heavily.
Mr.Taiyoukou was observing their duel closely and he was waiting how Ryu would react, Ryu unconsciously inverted his wooden sword and started tapping it on the ground 3 times then he was about to say something but Mr.Taiyoukou with his stern voice called out his name loudly and Ryu was brought back to his senses.He himself was wondering what he was doing.
Then Ryu's father asked him to fight his brother again but this time to use his magic. Then Ryu and his brother took positions again and Ryu directly sprang forward saying the words,"Solar Shine" but his wooden blade did not undergo any transformation unlike his brother whose wooden blade was now transformed into A Golden Axe then Ryu attacked his brother and his brother easily blocked that attack with his magical weapon breaking Ryu's wooden blade in two, then Ryu's brother threw him back and this time Ryu did not have any energy to fight back.
Ryu never understood why he could never use any magic of the Sunshine Dojo(Fighting School) He did all his exercises daily was more quicker and stronger physically than both his Brother and Sister but always lost the duels he had with them because they were able to activate their Magical Weapons while he was not.
Even his father did not show much interest in teaching him any new attacks because he was not perform them anyway. Then Ryu's father went upto his brother and told him some advice on how to block an attack better.
Ryu was not able to see that any longer and he ran away after that duel but before going out he always had the habit of telling his "Mother" where he was going. So he went upto the Mistress of the Sunshine Clan and said,"Mother I am going out to play."
His mother asked him how was the duel and who won. Ryu hung his head down and she understood so she said in a pleasing voice,"It's OK Ryu if not today, tomorrow you will learn to activate the Magic in you and that day you will be able to defeat anyone you want."
"Can I even defeat my brother?", asked Ryu slowly.
His mother smiled lovingly and said,"You will be able to defeat anyone you want."
Then Ryu ran off to play with his friends and when he was passing through a street he heard someone call his name in a slow and hollow voice.
