Part 3

Curious to know how it was calling his name he went into that narrow lane and searched for sometime. A few minutes later an old man in his who appeared to be in his seventies came out of nowhere and Ryu got alert and drew out his new Wooden Blade which he was carrying with him.



The old man smiled and his mouth had several teeth missing and said in that same hollow voice,"Don't worry, I pose no harm to you, I am just a Mere Mortal."



When Ryu heard the word Mere Mortal Ryu calmed down a bit and sheathed his sword and apologized to the old man.



Then Ryu said,"Who are you old man? What do you want?"



The Old Man smiled again and said,"The question is not who am I Ryu,the question is Who are you?"



Ryu was surprised on hearing the hollow voice calling his name, then he tried hard to remember if he had seen the old man after thinking for a few minutes he remembered, the old man used to work at the Sunshine Dojo when Ryu was very young.



Then Ryu greeted him and said,"Old Man I remember you, you used to work at The Dojo but you went missing before a few years what happened?"



"Well Ryu, I went on a tour to learn about the various Fighter Clans and I met some really interesting people." said the Old man.



Then the Old Man got a little serious and said,"Ryu did you ever wonder why you were never able to activate your inner Solar Magic while your younger brother even reached Advanced Magic Levels quickly."



Ryu just nodded his head in dismay and the old man said,"That is because you have been learning the Wrong Fighting Style."



Ryu just laughed and said,"There is only one Fighting School in our village and thats The Sunshine Dojo."



"Ryu you are correct according to the knowledge you have but before 14 years there were two Fighter Clans in this village the other clan was called,"The Shadow Clan"



Ryu had never heard that name before and asked curiously,"Whats that got to do with me."



Then the old man got excited and screamed,"Everything because you are the last survivor of that clan."



Ryu's eyes widened and gasped. Everything he had known was a lie then. The old man then said,"Everything you have been learning is something you can never do because you have the spirit of the Dark Shadow Dragon in you which is against all light attacks the Sunshine Clan performs."



"How do you know all this?",asked Ryu now tears rolling in his eyes.



The old man said,"Well I even worked for the Shadow Clan before I worked in your Dojo."
